Do It All
Discovery Parks set out to rethink what a brand mascot could be, and together, we brought Bruce to life. As Australia’s first official “Bark Manager”, this lovable red Border Collie captures the brand’s “Do It All” spirit. Directed by Shea Bennett and created with Born and Goodman Brothers, the campaign was built as a hybrid production, blending live action with a fully integrated 3D character. From early development, Bruce was treated as a performance, not just an asset, with storyboards, recces and animatics shaping how he would exist in real environments. Last Humans handled the full production end-to-end, capturing footage with Bruce in mind to support a seamless integration in post. We then worked closely with Goodman Brothers to bring him to life through animation, lighting, texturing and compositing. Alongside the hero films, we developed a suite of cutdowns and reframed assets to scale across channels. The result is a character-led campaign that feels distinctly Australian, playful, and built for longevity. Made by humans. Inspired by discovery (and sausages).
